Return & Refund Policy – Kameleon
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all purchases of Kameleon branded products made via our website and authorised outlets in Kuwait.
2. 14-Day Return/Refund Right
In accordance with Kuwaiti consumer protection law, you have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (as shown on your invoice) provided that the item is in original condition.
Beyond 14 days you are no longer eligible for a return or refund under this policy.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
- It must include all original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Items that show visible signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or that are missing parts cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Items returned after 14 calendar days from purchase.
- Items washed, worn, damaged (other than original manufacturing defect), or altered.
- Products used in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
- Any ‘final sale’ items explicitly labelled as non-returnable at time of purchase.
5. Refund Method
If your return is approved:
- We will issue a refund using the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Shipping or delivery fees paid at purchase are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
- If you opted for replacement/exchange rather than refund, we will ship the replacement once the return is received and inspected.
6. Exchange Option
If you prefer an exchange (for a different size or colour) and the item meets the condition criteria above, we will process the exchange free of additional product-cost difference. You may be responsible for any difference in shipping cost if applicable.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product you received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (not matching your order), please contact us immediately through WhatsApp at +965 6778 0241 with your invoice number and details. We will either:
- Replace the item at no extra cost; or
- Provide a full refund (including any shipping cost) if replacement is not feasible.
8. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of purchase and request a Return Authorisation number (RA#).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA#, invoice, tags, and accessories.
- Ship or deliver the item back to our returns address: Al Jahwra Tower, Floor 10, Office 7, Sharq, Kuwait. We recommend using a trackable courier.
- We inspect the return within 5 business days and notify you of approval or rejection.
9. Shipping Costs for Return
- If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for change of mind, size, or colour (and not defective), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Returned orders from outside Kuwait will be subject to a shipment fee.
- The customer will bear full responsibility for this cost, and it will be deducted from the refund.
10. Policy Changes
Kameleon reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and related regulations including the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait.
