Shipping Policy – Kameleon

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • High-volume periods (exhibitions, sales, seasonal launches) may require additional time, but we will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Within Kuwait

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your area.

  • We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

  • A flat delivery fee may apply, depending on your location and the courier service.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to two times.

  • If the courier is unable to reach you, your order may be returned to us, and a new delivery fee will apply for re-delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not liable for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. International Shipping (GCC)

  • GCC shipping will be available soon.

  • Timeframes, fees, and courier details will be updated once this service is launched.

7. Order Tracking

  • When available, we will provide a tracking link or tracking number via SMS or email.

  • Not all courier partners support real-time tracking; in such cases, you can contact us directly for updates.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery:

  • Notify us immediately at help@trykameleon.com

  • We will coordinate with the courier to investigate.

  • If confirmed lost or damaged, we will ship a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost.

9. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours.

  • We will arrange to pick up the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at our cost.

10. In-Store Pickup (If applicable)

If pickup is offered:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready.

  • Orders not collected within 7 days may be returned to inventory.

11. Return Shipping (for Returns/Exchanges)

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for a size change or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.

12. Policy Updates

Kameleon reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately once posted on our website.
