Delivery & exchanges
Kuwait — delivered within 24 hours, 2 KWD. Order today, wear it tomorrow. Orders confirmed on Fridays or public holidays go out the next working day. You’ll get a message when your order is on its way. GCC delivery (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) by DHL from 4.250 KWD, 1–5 business days.
Size exchange at your door. Wrong size? Within 14 days of purchase, our courier collects the piece and hands you the new size at your door. The only cost is the 2 KWD courier fee. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags. Message us on WhatsApp at +965 6778 0241 with your order number and we’ll arrange it.
Returns. Return within 14 days in original condition. In Kuwait, we refund your invoice less the 2 KWD courier fee; outside Kuwait, delivery both ways is at your cost and the product value is refunded. Refunds reach your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll collect it and replace it at our cost.
