Delivery & exchanges
Delivery in Kuwait. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and delivered by local courier in 1–3 business days. You’ll get a message when your order is on its way. GCC delivery is coming soon.
Exchanges & returns. Wrong size or colour? Exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Message us on WhatsApp at +965 6778 0241 with your order number and we’ll arrange it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll collect it and replace it at our cost.
